This pudding is easy, it's vegan, it's healthy and its delicious!
Optimal food should nourish the body and delight the senses, and this chocloate pudding certainly does. Even your children will love it, and you will feel good serving it to them.
Avocado: A creamy tropical fruit high in healthy fats, vitamin K, folate, vitamin C, potassium and fiber.
Raw Cacao: Rich in polyphenols which are naturally occurring antioxidants, also high in potassium, magnesium and iron.
Raw Honey: Has immune boosting benefits, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. Also contains polyphnols, powerful anti-oxidants.
2 medium sized avocadoes
3 tbsp raw cacao powder
4 tbsp raw honey (or to taste)
4 tbsp nut milk
Half the avocado and remove pit. Scoop avocado out of its skin and combine all ingredients in a blender (or a cup if using an immersion blender). Blend until smooth. Add additional nut milk if you would like a thinner consistency and more honey if you like a more sweet flavor.
Serve this dish on it's own, or add some beautiful berries and edible flowers to create a bowl of art.
