Appropriate for all ages and levels.  Combination of movement, long held postures and restorative.  Therapeutic emphasis on postures and any injuries/conditions are addressed as I meet you where you are in your practice.  Deep, detailed and challenging within a safe context.

Friday              5:30 - 6:30 pm       Hatha Flow

Appropriate for all ages and levels.  Hatha Flow is a combination between dynamic movement and long held postures.  Always safe, with detailed instructions, alignment and adjustments.

Private and Semi-Private Classes

Beneficial if you would like to deepen your understanding of specific postures, work therapeutically with health conditions, or prefer a small intimate class.
