3. Clarity Call + Nourish Method Guide
We identify key patterns and imbalances and choose the primary concerns we’ll focus on. You receive the full 63-page Nourish Method Guide.
4. Personalized Plan
You receive a tailored, evidence-based plan including nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and targeted supplements, adjusted as your body responds. When helpful, plans may also be informed by functional testing review or physician-ordered blood work, interpreted through a nutrition and lifestyle lens.
