Do you feel like your body has changed, and nothing you try seems to help?
Inflammation, hormone shifts, sleep issues, fatigue, bloating, and brain fog often appear together in midlife. These symptoms are signals that your body needs a different kind of support.
For many women, this stage of life feels confusing and overwhelming, especially when symptoms are dismissed or treated in isolation.

I Understand...
My passion for healing began with my own experience.
For years, I dealt with acne, hormonal imbalance, infertility, eczema, and autoimmune tendencies. I saw multiple practitioners, tried different approaches, and often felt discouraged when lasting change didn't happen.
Healing didn’t happen overnight. It came from understanding how the gut, hormones, inflammation, and nervous system all work together. Once I started supporting these systems as a whole, my health started to shift.
Now, moving through perimenopause myself, I understand even more clearly how much the body changes during midlife and how important it is to support it with clarity and structure rather than guesswork.
That experience is why I’m so passionate about helping women find clear, grounded support instead of feeling overwhelmed or brushed off.

My Approach
Health is never just one thing.
It’s the interaction of your gut, hormones, immune system, nervous system, environment, and emotional landscape. Symptoms are a language, your body is communicating to you.
I look at your health through a systems-based lens, connecting patterns that are often missed:
-
gut microbiome imbalance
-
inflammation
-
perimenopause + hormonal shifts
-
stress physiology
-
immune dysregulation
-
mitochondrial and cellular needs
-
blood sugar regulation
I translate complex information into simple, practical strategies that fit real life.
What I Can Help You With
My role is to help you move forward with clarity and confidence by supporting:
-
digestive health and the gut microbiome
-
hormone balance, including perimenopause
-
inflammation reduction
-
nervous system regulation
-
autoimmune tendencies
-
energy, focus, and metabolic stability
I focus on root causes and simplify nutrition so progress feels possible, not overwhelming.

How Yoga Supports Healing
Yoga has also been a central part of my work for more than sixteen years.
My classes focus on alignment, breath, mindfulness, and the nervous system. This helps students feel grounded, stable, and connected in their bodies.
Yoga supports healing by regulating the nervous system, improving awareness, and creating the internal conditions the body needs to repair and rebalance. This approach informs the way I support women through healing, offering both clarity and embodied practice.
