I have over 3,500 hours of study in nutrition, yoga, health, and disease. My work is dedicated to helping midlife women navigate perimenopause, hormone shifts, gut issues, inflammation, and the chronic symptoms that often go overlooked.
My focus is on restoring balance within the body and mind.
I take complex clinical concepts and simplify them, giving you clear, practical guidance that supports real, meaningful change.

My Yoga Training
I have over sixteen years of experience teaching hatha, vinyasa, restorative, and therapeutic yoga.
My classes are deep, safe, detailed, and compassionate — a space where students can soften, breathe, and relax into themselves.
I teach with a focus on mindfulness, alignment, intelligent adjustments, and the freedom of breath. My approach supports the nervous system, helping students settle, stabilize, and open their practice in new ways.
After experiencing the healing potential of yoga in my own life, I am grateful to share what I’ve learned and to support others in opening and healing their body, mind, and heart.
I studied for four years with Hart Lazer, an international teacher known for his depth, precision, and insight. I also trained with his teacher, Ramanand Patel, one of the most respected students of B.K.S. Iyengar. Since 2009, I have taught in Montreal, Mexico, and Stratford.
